About me

Hi, I’m Celeste, the founder and principal Occupational Therapist at Aspire Occupational Therapy.

I graduated with a Master’s in Occupational Therapy in 2020 and have spent the last five years working across a wide range of settings: hospitals, community health, rural clinics, and people’s homes. I’ve had the privilege of supporting adults with a broad range of conditions and experiences, including neurological conditions (such as stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, motor neurone disease, and dementia), acquired brain injuries, and neurodivergent profiles including Autism, ADHD, and intellectual disability.

I take a neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based approach, particularly when working with autistic adults. My focus is on understanding what matters most to you your routines, your interests, your sensory needs, and your goals and building practical, realistic strategies that support you to live as your authentic self.

I provide mobile, in-home occupational therapy across Adelaide, so we can work together in the environment where you actually live and spend your time.

Outside of work, I’m happiest spending time with my young family, baking something sweet, or walking my Golden Retriever.

I’d love to support you or your loved one to overcome challenges, build confidence, and engage more fully in the life you want to live.

Feel free to get in touch, I’m here to listen and work with you at your pace.
