NDIS Services

Aspire Occupational Therapy supports NDIS participants across the lifespan. We provide timely, personalised, client-centred occupational therapy to help you build independence, pursue your goals, and live well in ways that matter to you.

We work with adults experiencing a wide range of physical, neurological, and developmental conditions, including those on the autism spectrum. We adopt a neurodiversity-affirming approach, with a focus is on supporting your strengths, respecting your sensory needs, communication preferences, and authentic ways of being.

Whether you need help with daily living skills, community participation, sensory strategies, assistive technology, home modifications, fatigue management, or other capacity-building goals, we work collaboratively with you to create practical solutions that fit your life and values.

Aged Care Services

At Aspire Occupational Therapy, we’re dedicated to helping you live safely, confidently, and independently in the comfort of your own home. If you receive Support at Home (formerly Home Care Packages) we provide tailored occupational therapy to improve support independence.

We actively partner with aged care providers to deliver high-quality occupational therapy for their self-managed clients. We are proud to already collaborate with Trilogy Care, ensuring seamless support for their participants.

If you're using a different aged care provider and would like occupational therapy services through self-management, get in touch! Contact us to discuss how we can support you or your family member.

At Aspire Occupational Therapy, we currently have capacity to accept new referrals for both NDIS and Support at Home clients. There is no waitlist at this time, and we aim to book your initial appointment as soon as possible.

If you’re ready to get started or want to discuss your needs, please contact us – we’re here to help.

What is a functional capacity assessment?

A Functional Capacity Assessment (FCA) is a report completed by an Occupational Therapist to assess how you manage daily activities and what supports you may need. It’s often used for NDIS access, plan reviews, or to request funding for supports like therapy, equipment, or home modifications.

Do you offer telehealth?

During your first appointment, we’ll talk about your goals, challenges, and daily routines. We’ll assess how you manage activities like self-care, mobility, and household tasks. This helps us understand what supports or recommendations you might need. We can also begin planning therapy, reports, or referrals from this session.
